Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Heels

Carefully place the shoes in their original box and dust bags, ensuring the soles are protected and the package is securely sealed.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
